Term & Conditions of Sale
Damaged or Shortage of Merchandise: Please note any visual damage with carrier upon receipt. If you discover hidden damage, please call our customer service at 1-1800-635-1917. Shortages must be reported to Sears Supply Company with 7 days.
Freight Allowance: 1.) All orders are subject to a $3.00 per box handling charge. 2.) Orders which exceed $400.00, will have freight charges paid. (Excluding all items such as case quantities of gloves or liquids, bulk tongue depressors, case quantities of Sani-Cloth products. We will advise prior to shipping if your items ordered are subject to the shipping charges.)
Minimum Order: $50.00...Orders that do not meet this requirement will not be processed.
Payment Methods: We accept MasterCard and Visa, Discover and American Express. (Check cards work as credit cards and deduct directly from your checking account)
Repairs: All electrical items, such as Autoclaves, sealers, ultrasonics and such, must be sent directly back to the manufacturer for warranty repair.
