No return of merchandise will be accepted without a "Return Authorization Number".  Only unopened full cases or boxes will be accepted.  Where there has been no error on our part, returns will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee.  Ensure any and all merchandise is returned in saleable condition.  Damaged merchandise will be discarded or destroyed at our descretion.  Special order items, along with orders dated over 14 days from invoice date will not be accepted for return. Body jewelry is not returnable unless of defects due to health standards.
