No return of merchandise will be accepted without a "Return Authorization Number".  Only unopened full cases or boxes will be accepted.  Where there has been no error on our part, returns will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee.  Ensure any and all merchandise is returned in saleable condition.  Damaged merchandise will be discarded or destroyed at our descretion.  Special order items, along with orders dated over 7 days from invoice date will not be accepted for return. Body jewelry is not returnable unless of defects due to health standards.

Also all inks are non-returnable.  No exceptions.
